Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. If you are already a guest staying in the hotel and you need to checkout early, we require a 24 hr. advance notice to prevent being charged a full nights stay. No shows are charged a full night fee.
Notice: We are required by law to collect an 8% room tax for stays less than 28 consecutive days.
Cancellation Policy in the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than Seventy two hour (72 hr.) notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book room, a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Check-in: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
No Smoking~ If your room has been smoked in during your stay you agree to a $100.00 fee to be added to your bill.
Pets allowed only in designated pet rooms. No pets in food serving areas. Pets not declared at check in are subject to a $100.00 cleaning fee.
Damage or Excessive Mess to your room you agree to pay an additional cleaning or damage fee for a minimum of $25.00 or more depending on cost of repair. If the room requires additional days to complete the repair you agree to pay the per night rate until repair is completed.
Cooking policy: Due to fire hazard no cooking is allowed in guest rooms. A kitchen is available for guest use next to lobby area at no charge. Cooking in guest rooms carries a $50.00 fine.
Continental breakfast is provided from 6 am to 10 am.

GROUP RESERVATION POLICY
Each guest reserving a room under a specific group must reserve and pay for their room at least 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given after 30 days prior to the event. Guest requesting group reservations after the 30 day cut off will be on room availability basis. All group blocks being held will be released 30 days prior to the event that have not been paid for. We appreciate our groups that stay with us very much. Our challenge is accommodating our regular guests while caring for our groups as well with the limited number of guest rooms.
